Cd. Victoria, Tam.- Solicitar la incorporación al INSABI, atender la problemática de los casi 5 mil trabajadores eventuales, regionalizar el sistema de salud, fortalecer la prevención y atención del cáncer y agilizar la atención médica fueron algunas de las propuestas entregadas al doctor Américo Villarreal Anaya, durante el Foro de Participación Democrática ‘Salud para Todas y Todos’.
“Sabemos que la salud es su punta de lanza, para un Gobierno Humanista”, expuso el doctor Vicente Joel Hernández Navarro al ofrecer las conclusiones y propuestas del evento.
El Foro se dividió en siete mesas de trabajo con la participación de profesionales y pacientes de Victoria, Matamoros, Reynosa, Valle Hermoso y Tampico, y puso de manifiesto las series deficiencias que urgen atender en el Sistema Estatal de Salud.
El documento entregado al candidato a la gubernatura por Morena, PT y PVEM reconoce que durante los últimos años, el acceso a la consulta se dificulta, las citas con especialistas se difieren por meses, los médicos ven a los pacientes apurados por sobrecarga de trabajo y los enfermos se sienten pocos escuchados.
Frecuentemente los estudios clínicos o de imagen son postergados, retrasando el diagnóstico y tratamiento oportuno.
Ante ello se propuso formar un grupo interdisciplinario y lograr la pronta respuesta de la atención médica sobre todo en los padecimientos que comprometen la integridad y la vida del paciente.
En cuanto a la atención Oncológica se propuso crear centros regionales de atención; reactivación de la Red Oncológica de Tamaulipas, garantizar la disponibilidad de Radioterapia, braquiterapia, así como un Acelerador Lineal y de Medicamentos Oncológicos por regiones de atención y crear unidades de cuidados paliativos.
Agregaron que todo el sistema de salud deberá estar alerta a la atención Materno Infantil, como principal objetivo, evitar la Muerte Materna, así como acentuar las medidas preventivas, trabajando para detección y tratamiento oportuno de las enfermedades como el cáncer de mama y cervicouterino.
Por otra parte, las enfermeras y enfermeros así como profesionales afines, reclamaron su inclusión en la toma de decisiones administrativas y pidieron ser incluidas en puestos directivos.
También que se retomen los premios y estímulos de calidad y desempeño profesional, así como el reconocimiento al mérito de la enfermería en su día.
Los trabajadores de la salud solicitaron la integración al INSABI, contratación de personal, simplificar los procesos de abastecimientos de los medicamentos, y la capacitación del personal de farmacia, cuidando que sean estas propias de las instituciones y no manejo de farmacias externas.
En la mesa de Seguridad Laboral los participantes del Foro pidieron: basificación del personal de contratos; reinstalación del personal despedido injustificadamente; respeto a las condiciones generales de trabajo; atender las demandas laborales y evitar el acoso laboral por parte de autoridades del Sector Salud.
En esta mesa de trabajo se expuso que en la secretaría de salud existen 4,584 trabajadores considerados como personal eventual.
Las personas con discapacidad también fueron escuchadas en el Foro y plantearon que la atención médica sea prioritaria, así como la creación de Casas de Cuidados Diarios, además de que se promueve el deporte adaptado, el autoempleo, la creación del transporte adaptado, eliminar las barreras arquitectónicas en los centros educativos y se gestionen becas en el ITABEC.
El doctor Américo Villarreal también recibió la petición de regionalizar el sistema estatal de Salud por Zonas Norte, Centro y Sur, implementando interacción con las Jurisdicciones, centros de salud Hospitales básicos y Hospitales de alta resolución región, con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de la atención.
Asimismo se planteó la utilización de Telesalud y las tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación con fines administrativos, clínicos y de capacitación.
Por último se planteó al doctor Américo que en su gobierno se honre a los héroes caídos en la pandemia de COVID, colocando sus nombres en metal, en los hospitales, jurisdicciones y centros de Salud.
