Por invitación del Gobierno del Estado y como parte de las actividades alusivas al Día de Muertos, la presidenta de la Mesa Directiva del Congreso del Estado, diputada Cecilia Guevara, asistió a Palacio de Gobierno para presenciar la instalación del altar ganador del concurso celebrado el pasado 26 de octubre en el Palacio Legislativo, para la promoción de las tradiciones veracruzanas.
La convocatoria realizada por el gobierno estatal tuvo como propósito que las dependencias de la administración pública local expusieran sus altares, como expresión de la cultura mexicana, con sus colores y aromas característicos de esta temporada.
El altar inspirado en la cultura de la zona de la Mixtequilla de Ignacio de la Llave, titulado “Te presento a Mictlantecuhtli”, en honor al dios de la muerte, fue confeccionado e instalado por personal del área de Servicios Legislativos del Congreso del Estado, a cargo de Alexis Sánchez García.
Participaron Luz Edith Tapia Ortiz, Iván Baldo Fernández, Rafael Pale Montano, Cristian Toral Fernández, Manolo García Palacios, Manolo Camarillo, Guadalupe Gómez Reyes, Lizbeth Capistrán, Krystal Martinez Nani, Diana Castellanos, Fernanda García, Agelli Zorrilla y Jeschlen Pimentel.
